Short version: we use what you send to reply and to do the work. We don’t sell it, and we don’t run a marketing pixel farm on this site.

Who we are

Code Dash Ltd (company no. 13590563), 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, is the controller for this site. Contact: hello@code-dash.com.

What we collect

If you use the contact form: name, email, company (if you give it), what you need, platform, and the message. If you email us, we keep the correspondence.

Form submissions are emailed directly to us by our own server-side script — no third-party form service holds a copy. Server logs may include IP address and browser type for security and debugging.

This static site does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

Why, and for how long

We use the information to respond, quote, and — if we work together — deliver. Legal basis: legitimate interests in answering a business enquiry, and contract once we agree work.

Enquiry mail is kept as long as the conversation is live, then for a limited period in case you come back. Project files follow the engagement. You can ask for a copy, a correction, or deletion at hello@code-dash.com. You can also complain to the ICO.
