Fixed-scope build
A defined feature set, milestones, fixed price. The right shape for a new app or a clearly-bounded piece of work.
ProjectBuild
A new app from a blank screen, or feature work on a native codebase you already have. 16 years native mobile — no Flutter, no React Native, no cross-platform shortcuts.
Who it's for
Founders who need a native app built from a spec, a design, or a rough idea that needs shaping first. Product teams who already have a native iOS or Android app and need real feature work, a rebuild of a fragile part, or a platform upgrade done properly.
If native depth matters to what you're building — performance, platform APIs, App Store or Play Store realities — this is the right door. If you want a cross-platform framework, we're not the right shop.
What we build
Whatever the app needs to actually ship and stay maintainable — not a prototype that becomes someone else's problem in six months.
How you buy it
You'll know what's being built, what it costs, and when you'll see it — before work begins.
A defined feature set, milestones, fixed price. The right shape for a new app or a clearly-bounded piece of work.
ProjectOngoing native development for a product that keeps moving — new features, on a cadence, without re-scoping every time.
Retainer · monthlyYou have an app already. We audit what's there, agree a roadmap, then build the fixes and features in order of what actually matters.
Audit, then scopedHow it works
You tell us what you're building and why. If it's an existing app, we look at the current codebase before quoting anything.
A defined feature list, a price, and a timeline — agreed before a line of code changes.
Native development on the platforms you need, with regular checkpoints — not radio silence until launch day.
Store submission, and a defined support window after launch. If you want ongoing testing once it's live, that's the other rail.
Questions
Both — they're separate offers on this site because they're sold separately, but plenty of clients use both. Once your app is live, ongoing testing keeps regressions out of releases. See the testing offer.
No. Native iOS and Android only. That's the positioning, not a gap we'll fill if asked nicely.
Usually, yes. We audit the existing codebase first and tell you honestly what shape it's in before quoting any work — including if a partial rebuild is the more honest answer than patching around it.
Whatever exists: a spec, designs, an existing repo, or just a clear description of the problem the app solves. We'll turn that into a scoped estimate before anything is billed.
If the app needs an AI-native feature — chat, generation, an embedded agent — that's usually scoped alongside the AI build offer rather than bundled silently into a mobile estimate.
