Onboarding needs a paid baseline setup or a prior audit with enough reusable coverage. Extra work is a written quote. There is no default 24-hour full-audit promise. Urgent work is quoted only when capacity exists.

The written scope is the product.
Every engagement names the platform, build, journeys, test cases, devices, environment, delivery slot, time allowance, report format and retest limit.
A blocked check is not a pass. Results apply to the tested build. Accessibility spot checks and privacy-related submission checks are not compliance certificates. Penetration testing, full code audits and performance engineering are out of these packages.
